Below are two videos, one which supports digraph sounds and the other which supports tricky words.
There are several ways that you may want to use these with your child:
- Listen and watch the video, looking at the digraph/tricky words and listening to how they are said.
- Watch the video with the sound off. Can your child say the correct digraph/tricky word that appears on the screen?
- Listen to the video without looking at the screen. Can your child write the tricky word/digraph they heard?
*Please note: at time of writing, we have only learnt as far as the digraph ‘oa’ and tricky word ‘one’. The other tricky words and sounds will be learnt over the next couple of weeks.
